We submitted the application forms of automatic import license online and to the Beijing Municipal Commerce Bureau. The documents are fine through their initial examination and was accepted. 
According to the officials our application needs to be checked by MOFCOM, thus it will take about 15 working days to approve the application online if there is no other problem. After the application is approved online, we shall go to MOFCOM to fetch the licenses. We have 2 cars per license. Meanwhile we have to be able to issue an official receipt for customers. This is called a Fapiao. We have been issued a fapiao machine which connects to a PC, which in turn must be connected to the internet. We have to take the PC to a company named Aisino who will install the software. This software sends directly the transaction information to the tax authorities. Control of the issue of fapiao is strictly monitored, and we have to apply for the fapiao sheets which will only be issued when all the existing number are accounted for.
