It was a proud day - going to Tianjin to open the container for the Morgan 3 Wheeler. It seemed like so long ago that we had ordered this, and we had been through many legal barriers to have the vehicle imported; it is considered neither a motorcycle (too heavy and has a steering wheel) nor a car (3 wheels, no roof). Eventually we had this imported as a specialty vehicle, taxed as a car due to the engine size but without the prospect of a road license. On the upside - this did mean no testing at CIQ , the place where a Plus 8 and Roadster had both come to grief earlier.
