I lived in China for 13 years, and before that started a business in Singapore in 1995, and in this short deck I shared 3 strategies for market entry. The concepts are applicable today as they were when I presented this, and for China you can insert any country name. I also opened an office in India, and that was a torrid affair. This deck received a lot of views and so I thought I would bring it in from slide share and add it to my list of posts here.
